    The name is very well chosen, but you should try a "finance-based header" if I can say so...but overall it has very useful information.

    The site looks fine but some screenshots and illustration pics would help a lot. And the site name contains the wrong spelling of the word finance, if nobody has noticed it.

    wordpress site is ok and the content is interesting but I would look at using a better / more attractive template. Meta descriptions are missing - have you got the All in One SEO wordpress plugin? If not i would add it as optimizes your Wordpress blog for Search Engines.

    Are you making any money from those banners? If not I'd drop them for now they cheapen the design up.

    Try using a picture aligned to the right to go with your content, a picture says a thousand words after all.

    Your right column, recent posts would benefit from a little margin under each one. As they are links they should also be in colour rather than light grey. At first I thought it was just a list, not links.

    Two home tabs?
