How does my 1-wk old domain get a PR4?

I have a new domain that I just bought more than a week ago, lornatimbah.com, which was parked and pointing to WebGrrrl.net, my other site. I only set up my blog yesterday for the new domain. Today I was shocked to know that my domain got a PR4! (you can try checking this out with the PR checkers out there)

Although in a way I'm delighted, I'm more curious -- is it possible that this new domain inherited my existing site's PR? Although let me tell you that WebGrrrl.net is only a PR2. Hope someone can shed some light on this situation.

I highly doubt it. LornaTimbah.com isn't exactly a common name so it's hardly saleable except to its namesake (i.e. me), and from what I can find through the Internet Wayback Machine, there has been no trace of this domain.

    Any other idea?

Because when you check its checking webgrrrl.net and not lornatimbah.com so that why it gives pr 4 and btw your site (lornatimbah.com) isent even indexed in google so how can it already have a pr ? (and its a fake pr)

There was a minor PR update on friday night/saturday morning. Still strange, since the crawlers that collect the data for an update finished their job about two weeks ago.

    Then why wouldn't lornatimbah.com carry WebGrrrl.net's PR2 instead of a PR4?
I've been hearing about fake PRs, but have no idea how that can happen. How does one check and determine that?

I think it's a mistake... there is no much search result for that domain so it means there is not much back links..

A really cool glitch, if I ever plan to monetize it!
