I have just registered to it and need some guidanece to start. I just wanted to know things to take care of while using MB ? I am from Asia by the way.

I am looking to ask my clients to pay me by MB, so how should I request money ? I can see a requent Money Option - so I guess I have to fill that in with Request money from: filed with the Client ID. That's it ?

I am sure he wanted to say MoneyBookers :)

Just ask your clients to send you the money & give them your MB e-mail ID.
There is nothing like "Client ID"

An excellent alternative to Paypal, there where Paypal is unavailable.
Otherwise, you need to stick to a processor that is more widely used. Paypal that is.

    Moneybookers is other best options.

But moneybookers have many procedur to verify your accounts.
Adding credit card or send wire transfers also confirmed address (they will send letter by mail to your home address) to be Full verified accounts.

Similar procedures can be seen at Paypal.
Well, if you need more security then you have to accept that, even if it hurts your online comfort.

MB can locked your account and investigate the fund if you received fraud fund.
Also buyer can claim unauthorized fund.

Many unverified MB account has lost the money if their account locked.
