Say, someone is calling me from the US, whereas I live in Canada.

Would the person calling be charged? Or would it be a bothways kind of thing? It wouldn't be collect.

The person calling is billed the long charges unless you specifically agree to accept the charges.

If I have a mobile phone registered in denmark and somebody call me from denmark when I am in Germany I will pay for it. This is for mobile phones though.

yeah you wont be charged. anyway if you would like to make a call back to that person, you can use the internet call which is much cheaper than a landline call XD like Skype they will charged you like 0.02$ per minute to make a call from Canada to US. great idea right?

Since it would not be collect, you do not have to pay for the charge, but the person who calls you have to pay the charge.

It is always the calling party pays. Unless you are using a cell phone and you have migrated to a new area where your incoming calls are charged, you have no liability to pay for answering the call :)
