Quick question, I have developed several small sites with .net domains.

I have done some SEO work example:

    H1 TAGS
    META TAGS AND TITLES
    ALT TAGS
    KEYWORDS IN CONTENT
    BACKLINKS
    ET ETC ETC

I have a 1 word domains example "domain.net" but, my domain has been indexed but I see no results.

I do a search with my primary keyword and my site is not even listed in the top 1000!

Is my site sandboxed or does google give less priority to new domains???

This is happening on all SE's.

    Please help.

How long has the site been up?
How many incoming links do you have?
    What is your main keyword?

Cant really answer your question correctly without that info.

Patience my friend, Google takes the longest out of all major SEs to begin to rank sites for competitive terms.

    Site is my signature:

    http://www.800recipes.com

Domain has been for over a year now. Main keyword is free recipes and food recipes.

Site has aprox 30 other sites linking to mine.

I am getting no traffic at all, about 2 uniques a day.

Thats because those keywords are HIGHLY competitive and you need a ton more links than 30 to get anywhere close to being up there in the SERPS.
