    Using Google webmasters tools you can keep a track of your indexed pages and also submit a sitemap so that Google will know about the other links in your site. Also if there are any issues with your site like crawl errors or any unfound pages then you can also make them right. You can tell Google which page you want to remove from the Searches and which page doesn't exist anymore.

    It is a ongoing project for me i keep checking back there and fix my sites. I really like it and i do yahoo and bing as well.

    If you register your website in google webmaster tools:

    1) You can check the pages that google indexed.
    2) You can submit your sitemap.
    3) Also can edit any crawl errors.
