how does google read keywords from blogs?

    hello everyone! i've just had a website blog where i want to optimize a certain keyword. does google read the title from blogs and count it as to optimize more my website? will using the keywords in my titles help even with my site to have a page rank?:confused:

    Hi,

    It definitely helps by having keywords in the TITLE tag :)

    Keywords placement does not affect PR... You gain PR by having more pages linking to you.

    Ideally, you'd want to optimize your blog for keywords the same way you would any other site. This means including your base keyword (or keyword phrase) in your URL, page title, meta tags, once with H1 tags, and sprinkled throughout your content in a "natural" way (i.e. makes sense to your visitors). :)
