basically blogger is not the money machine for google. it's has been created for google to take charge of everything. just imagine, why google invent google search engine? blogger is a compliment in order for them to earn more !!

Blogger is a free service provided by google but most blogspot users use adsense and so they do make money with blogger too

On blogger you can display adsense, they get the percentage from adsense, they provide you with the opportunity to display their ads. Thats why they buy up as many companies as they do. One day when we open our fridge there will be google jelly inside, and google fruit juice, all payed for with our google credit cards and..... Google World.
I think through adsense because blogger encourage us to use adsense to earn some bucks on our blog and it makes googles adsense program more popular and im damn sure google takes 50% of what we earn through adsense
yerp...plus, blogger@blogspot provide with sitemap without need you to install it. Not like wordpress or others maybe. But, i still love wordpress very much.
