I get to know there are some site that is only for adsense.
They are MFA "made for adsense" site .
My question is how does google judge a site is MFA site.
    Thanks for your feedback .

There are many factors that come into play.

For example: If you have 200 sites about Mesothelioma, there might be a problem.

As long as you're creating quality content on quality sites, then you're fine.

A site that has no quality information and just adsense and adsense everywhere then it means its MFA.

usually ppl place ads ( not one ad unit many) above contents so user will take ad as content and they will get money.

Those site with very less posts, duplicate content or tons of low quality site can be considered as MFA site

It is optimized just to show excessive amount of ads with average based content on its pages

i will advise you to stay away from these sites. they are worthless. contrary to what you may be thinking, they are not making the work easy. you have lots of members on the same site downbloading the same or spinned articles that google often consider a sduplicate content. i joined one last year and had to pull down all the sites. they are nto making me any money and also they are not contributing value to the web. the maker is just making money from people that are members.

It is the content that differentiates a crappy mfa site from a good one. It is not a difficult thing for a search engine major like google to distinguish quality sites from fake one.

The correct answer if very selectively and however they choose. I see clear violations of the TOS that go on for months and months... one went on for about 2 years. Google does whatever is in the interest of Google. If you read Matt Cutts blog at all... you get the "feel" that Google says one thing then just does whatever they want. It's just business. It's not law. And it may or may not be fair.

It's all about the content. If you have a 4 page site with dup content, you're going to get hammered. But if you have at least 10 pages of original content, u should be fine. One of main money sites' main revenue source is adsense, but its all original content plus i have over 100 pages, and i've never had a problem.

They normally look like 3 lots of 336x280 ad blocks on top of each other before like 1 paragraph of content

Mostly these sites can be recognized by their design and poor content. An example would be of Mesothelioma Blog.
