how does google give pr, much less index this site

    Just ran into chimpout by accident.
    How does google not just ban sites like this?
    I wouldn't rec going to this worthless site.
    I don't like these sites even existing, but do we have to index them.

    Google is just a tool to share different sites that exist in WWW. I don't know if you notice it but there are descriptions of the site before you visit it, also, Google indicates if that specific site may harm you PC which is a very good feature of the search engine. basically, if you don't like the site, just ignore it.
