    HI All,

I would like to know how does Big G gets to know whether the link from my site is paid or whether it is a genuine outgoing link?

google stop to think about this. its not possible. they may can catch few or let say 40%. but its failure. ask your self how a bot can catch it.

Google bots "can" detect some link farms that are selling links, but they can detect only a few popular ones. I think Google cannot detect majority of link selling sites, unless they visit each of them manually, which is not likely.

They have a report function to report paid links, I think they got more of their info from there. It won't be easy for a bot to know whether a link is paid or not.

yes exactly it should be very difficult unless they go to each and every link manually which is highly improbable.

of late they have reduced the PR of many sites to 0 just because they were selling links.

ok and what if the outgoing link is similar to the niche of site? I think the chance of G detecting paid link should reduce even further...wot say?
