I have always wondered how Google is able to detect invalid clicks. How do they do it? They check the IP adress? Or maybe the cookies? Or is there a maximum ratio between the page views and the clicks? Maybe you can help me. I don't want to break the rules, i'm just asking because I am curious...
if u go into ur temp files..u will get an index.dat if u open it with notepad u will see ads u clicked via adsense 2ndly..dey have their own servers and norms according to d/f locations like norms in india for adsense are strict due to high click frauds.. a private party fasts clicks .net maintain data abt fasts clicks...also their server keep track of variuos ip addresses....see google analytics
If you're CTR is too high, you will be branded as a person who receives invalid clicks. Then they will look the IP address to find whether it is valid or invalid.
They probably monitor the activities of the clicking as well..for example (this is just a guess): - Someone came to your site directly - In less than 5 seconds, an ad is clicked - The person that clicked the ad leaves your site soon afterwards - On the next day, the same thing happens from the same IP address this surely brings suspicion, no?

It is from the IP address! Too many clicks (multiple clicks) on a single page will definitely raise suspicion for the google and that IP is monitored over a period. If the trend continues,then the stage is set to declare the click as invalid or altogether BAN the account
I do agree as its very difficult to track their algorithms. Thats why they are the biggest Ads Network.
They check your IP adress an residence area. They check if you login on any account from that ip They check if you that ip adress clicks lots of adds They check if the adds are niche oriented or are just random adds Basically it´s an algorithm which verifies all possible conditions...and i honestly think they really bet on it cause it´s their money. (okey not theirs, but if there are click frauds no one would advertise on google making them lose money)

Google has a mags, or G has spies Google has tons of information and they using that info with help of maths. they have builded or using some complex math system to analyize all data collected from the web
Well, first of all good information. second, google have almost full data about any person. even from dearch patterns they can track & guess a persons behaviour. so they can track you 100% if they want. best thing is, if you have adsense account don't play with them. cheers,
What? You never heard of Martha? Martha is Google's adsense "click checker". She manually verifies each click on every single adsense account. Careful... don't make her mad.... she can really swing a ruler.
