how does google determine whats adult and whats not?

of course there are obvious factors. but i got denied from adsense today because my site is "adult" when in fact its not. theres not one exotic picture on my web-site, and curse words are strictly limited.

but yet, one of my biggest competitors has a working adsense account and our sites are about the exact same thing.

advice?

 

i think google is using the words to determine your web site content . i think someone has reported you to the adsense team

 

nah, ive never had an adsense account, i applied for one and they turned me down

 

i sent them an email and told them the situation and explained it to them

just got an email from them telling me ive been accepted

what do they say regarding the error?

 

I think they will see some words like mature words on your web page. So they might didn't accept your account.
