How does google allow this kind of sites with all copyrited stuff http://videomasti.net/ Don't they check them and ban them
They can't check every single site, but you can help and report the site to them. Just click on the "Ads by Google" and fill out the form.
I thought google will only display 3 ads per page, how come there are more than 3 ads on that website ?
I count 3 google ads, plus 2 referrals, and 1 link unit. All that other stuff is Adbrite, it's just that they all look the same as the google ads. Then again, that site is so busy I might have missed one
Sigh.... I don't understand a word of what's on that site... It's a complete mess. But I guess it's a site with copyrighted indian movies or something? I stumbled across many warez sites with google adsense on it... I think they will get banned before their first paycheck.
Incorrect, All information is hosted and contributed by third party websites who are liable for the content. That site, aswell as 99% of all video sites are liable for redistributing copywritten content. See their disclaimer(which you will find on 99% of video hosting websites) PS. Im no way affiliated with this site or any similar sites, im just letting you know the legalities behind it. Google will still most likely ban them because their site doesn't fit their 'business model', but its not illegal either way, and they arent providing copywritten 'stuff'. Ya, i know, its a stupid loophole, but the truth either way.
I don't see anything wrong with their site other than the fact that they link to indian movies. indian movies are crazy, not in a good way. google should drop ads for being a crappily designed site.
Hahaha it like saying, i wont click my ads but ask my friends to click them for me. See this: Copyrighted Material Website publishers may not display Google ads on web pages with content protected by copyright law unless they have the necessary legal rights to display that content. Please see our DMCA policy for more information. * Any other content that is illegal, promotes illegal activity, or infringes on the legal rights of others https://www.google.com/adsense/supp...=aso&subid=ww-ww-et-asui&medium=link&hl=en_US
Lol, so their site clearly states that they dont support posting copywritten material, yet the part of that statement you bold, is "promotes illegal activity". Nice post, but try actually reading mine before you reply to it.
Actually, they are clearly violating adsense tos by showing adbrite contextual ads on the exact same page as adsense contextual ads. For whatever reason, adsense has never allowed that, and it's got to be the least ambiguous tos violation imaginable.
what about youtube its said that it filters lot of content as this is an indian(videomasti) site lot of indian content is available on youtube and google video which is copyprotected in india
