How does google affiliate network work?

Can someone throw some light on it? Thanks.

I think that the Google Affiliate Network is a free program that makes it easy for website publishers to connect with quality advertisers and get rewarded for driving conversions.

its content base ad placement system. You will earn as Pay per click or as pay per thousand impression.

 

Google adsense is an advertisement program that places advertisements beside your content.
When somebody clicks on an advertisement that is placed beside your content you will make money.

 

p.s. You can only become a Google adsense member when you have enough quality content.
So first start building your content and then submite at Google adsense.
(e.g. for articles, you must have at least 10 different articles before submitting)
The screening is done manually.

 

I have not been impressed with googles affiliate network. It def takes a while to learn how to navigate it. There are not that many superb advertisers, at least not compared to commission junctions program. You can do without googles affiliate network, i promise.

 

Sorry, but last time when I have checked that it was not so intuitive interface.
For example, comparing it to the interface CJ is offering, CJ wins for sure.
Also as advertisers, CJ has in my opinion the cream of the advertisers, while google got only what left over.
