How does eBooks work?

Could someone give a brief (or in depth lol) description of how the ebooks trade works?

 

Ebooks are basically an electronic representation of real books. They typically come in one of two formats, either an Adobe PDF document or as an executable (.exe) file that displays html pages.

Ebooks are used by Internet Marketers to sell information in a book format or to provide free information that will bring additional visitors to their website.

Creating an ebook is relatively easy. You begin the ebook process by writing your ebook with a word processing application such as Microsoft Word. Once it is written you then convert it to either PDF or EXE format. The most popular format is the PDF format which can easily be created from your Microsoft Word documents using a free application such as CutePDF.

I just wanted to add that the ebook can be downloaded directly after purchase.

Also, it can come in PDF or .exe. It's better to use PDF, since people are afraid of viruses (with .exe)

Be also aware that people will share your ebook for free if you don't protect it.

Advice: Don't protect it, otherwise you will get a lot of refunds.

Your ebook has to be good and deliver otherwise you get a lot of refunds.
