I hope I am posting in the correct place! Sorry if I am not...
Anyways, I wanted to know how does domain selling actualy work? How do you transfer all domain information to someone?
Should you buy a reseller domain? What about if you bought a normal domain? Can you sell it?
    Thanks

You normally transfer a domain via a "push" which mean that the buyer gets an account (normally free) at the registrar. Then the seller pushes the domain into the buyers account.

Buying domains from resellers is common however it does involve risk. You can be scammed but overall most domain resellers are very honest imho. Also if you use major companies like Afternic, Sedo or Pool then you are dealing with a reputable company which normally has policies to avoid scams from buyer or seller. However they charge a fee and normally on under $100 domains they are not used.

If you register a domain you can sell it. There are a variety of ways to attempt to sell a domain but that's a different question to answer.

    Hope that helps you.

To pick up where labrocca left off...

if you have a domain that sounds brandable, and you think that people may go to your domain name either by accident, or out of curiosity, you may want to park it at namedrive.com or sedo.com

You can find out how to do that by going to those sites.

Parking a domain lets you know how many people go to your site a day, and can greatly increase profit. It can also earn you extra money called revinue, revinue is earned when someone goes to your site and clicks on a link in the parked page from namedrive or sedo... again if you go to one of those sites, they will better explain this whole process...

the domain business is very fun. Be honest, and true to everyone... and in most cases you will get the same in return.
