How does .com and .info domain differ?

    I dont think search engines care about the ext just the name.
    From a customer standpoint most people are more familiar with the .com ext
    but that doesnt mean that the .info is not good just depends on how you market it

    In the big scope of things it's not really a big deal.

    .info is meant to be used on sites that provide information about a subject. i.e. elephants.info etc.

    However, .com is the king. If I had a choice between a .com and a .info domain (when both are available) I would choose a .com hands down. People remember it and it can be used for pretty much anything.
