how does buying traffic work?

    How does this work? if i buy traffic from someone how and where does this traffic come from. How can a company sell traffic to your site? is it just bots? please explain?

    They say traffic come from pop unders and its not against the tos but i dunno too.I bought 1000 uniqes before 10 hours but there is no traffic :p.

    Sometimes it comes from companies that pay people to surf the internet. Regardless its low quality traffic.

    And they say it guarantees
    1000 traffic per day..

    it plain BS,
    the biggest question you should ask is do u want real visitors or just random clickers who are paid to do so such a job.
    Although it mite help you show on paper that u got traffic and mite get u some $$ by fooling some dumb marketing guy. But it aint worth it in long run.

    So its better to concentrate on Search Engine OPtimisation for Google & Yahoo!!, Google Adwords and Cheap Affiliate Network programs from the related business.

    Yes, They drive you fake traffic not Real !!

    High traffic will affect your Alexa rank.I think this is the value for buying traffic. But for shopping site or product sales, it `s not worth doing it. Any opinion?

    i agree with you Wah, this should certainly increase your alexa rank or other thing link that.
    however if you sell product, or MOA website you should'nt use such service.
