How does Blogroll works?

    I want to know how blogroll works, and if it is good to use it.
    I was reading that blogroll help increase PR. Does it is true?

    Ill explain.

    If you do blogroll exchanges it will. Say I will put your site in my blogroll if you put mine in yours.

    If you just list sites in your blogroll then no it wont.

    aaron, why would link exchange between blogroll benefits while one way linking is not?

    Is it related to nofollow tag ?

    If you link to a site, then you're increasing their PR
    If you exchange links then you're both increasing your PR

    If it was as simple as just linking to a site to increase your own PR then everybody would be linking to Google. ;)
