How does bidding web directory work?

    Hi guys,

    I see many guys launch bidding web directories. but.... I wonder how does bidding web directory work? What profits they will make for our sites?

    Could anybody recommend some famous bidding web directories??

    I think the best and only thing they can do is traffic. PR will always be negligible. hehe. :D

    Advertising will stay in the same place for as long as you pay for it. Bidding you have to keep bidding to keep your link in the same place.

    bidding is permanent. It sends traffic and powerful backlinks (from the good bid dirs.)

    There are too many already.
    The best idea is to wait and see how google treats them.

    Based on that you my decide if you like to enter or not.
    Do not spend money and buy a bid birectory at this time.

    If google decide to de-index them - You never know if Big Brother get really mad.

    Why would google de-index them? Dont make your decision based on external factos like google. Why would there be 2 PR7 bidding directories if google didnt like them?

    Quality bidding directories are safe. Those sites with little to offer users, that sell $1 links to MFA and pill sites will be in trouble.
