How does an idiot get his thread moved?

hi wrongly put this thread in the wrong section

Works well but it cost a lot, i believe starting price for that is Yellow warning infraction and can go upto 10 Red infraction aka BAN but market tested price is 1 red infraction so nooooo...........

Normally, if you report it yourself moderators gives warning not infractions.Warning is yellow card
