How does Amazon place ads on Facebook?

    I recently where in Amazon looking for a clock, then when I check my facebook I saw similar clocks ads in facebook. How does Amazon did this?

    Amazon probably has a Facebook store, and just like any other vendor who wants to make a presence on this site, they probably pay for sponsored ads.
