How does adwords handle this situation, and is it affecting me?

I currently can see and track ip addresses scanning my website. Here is what is going on, I see the first three numbers for example 196.152.184, and then every few seconds i see a different fourth number like .67 .138 .139 .132. .71 .73 .195 .196 etc and its like never ending. Am I being charged for all these seperate clicks from very similar ip addresses? I someone screwing with my site to increase my adwords costs?

    Thanks

there is a tool called adwords tracker people use that to track and report google with these click frauds and googlr happily refunds the money to ur a/c after auditing the clicks.

Trust me...Adword will act the best step for you...So dont worry to much, if you have proof about that IP, its better to send that to them...

Sounds odd. You should use Google Analytics...

count the number of unique IPs and minus the number of clicks charged for in a 24 hour period to figure out what google is charging you for
