How does AdWords billing work?

    I'm looking to AdWords to drive traffic to my site I may make, but I only have $70. Could I spend say $200 on ppc and then get an ROI and use that or do I have to prepay for my ads to run?

    You can use adwords for youtube to get cheaper cost.
