How does adsense for feed work?

    well,
    today i saw there are 99 impression and got 12 cents in adsense for feed..
    i really dont understand how does it happen?
    i setup adsense for feed yesterday, but can anyone tell me how does it work?
    i am confused,, :confused::confused:
