How does a search engine treat "Click here, Visit this site" keywords?

    We've seen "Click here, Visit this site, visit" as keywords, but how does it affect the SEO? Does it help a site to improve it's SERP?

    That's is call to action words.. :) not keyword.

    This type of words help to visitor easily navigate to one page to another page ..... but you dont use this words in mails free, click here, offer price, etc if you use this type words your goes to spam box
