    The article links high-quality, the reasons for the design of PR!Perhaps you should not be too much concerned about the backlinks, the quality of the article if you do , backlinks will be automatically delivered to you.

    You need to start with low quality links like directories, article directories etc. Get your site notice on forums, social bookmarks and banner advertising. And you can start getting natural links.

    1)directory submission
    2)social bookmarking
    3)article posting
    4)forum posting
    etc.... then u get quality back link

    Building quality backlinks to your site takes patience and perseverance, as others have pointed out here already. Some of the methods that have worked for me are:
    1. article marketing
    2. trading links with relevant blogs/websites
    3. social networking (Twitter is awesome right now!)
    4. Blog Carnival submissions
    5. Joining forums and blog networks in my niche.
