    Make your blog with unique, informative and interesting with niche related posts to have maximum traffic. Then you can use affiliate, banners and ad by any network to make big money via your blog. Keep in mind that it seems simple but it is not so. You have to work very hard to get maximum traffic for your blog.

    Use CPM, CPC advertising.. like adsense, ValueClickMedia, Tribal fusion,etc
    I don't recommend buying / selling links for the SEO purpose. It will hurt your SEO ranking later.

    More or less, either selling adspace (In terms of banners, or using the adspace to promote adsense) or though some affiliate income (Affiliate marketing/CPA marketing), some bloggers earn a bit of cash selling links on their blogs as well. :)
