However, the BEST source of traffic is when your readers VIRALIZE your content. How to do it? Write QUALITY content--lists, top 10s, best ofs, etc. Figure out WHO your readers are and WHAT they like.

yahoo answers is a good indicator of what people are asking and the key to business is to resolve a problema nd gve people what they are asking for. I go to answers and type in my keyword to see what the questions are, make sure that I am offering a solution to a problem then write articles based on the questions.

getting traffic is the most time consuming part of all this but i would pick 5 methods that you like and do them, do not try to do all of them you will get snowed under quickly. (i did anyway).

you need to do social bookmarking to help make your blog more popular. Go to somewhere like digg and put in a news article and the url you put in should be your blogs url. Also the key about being successful with blogs is to receive alot good backlinks. The Best way to get backlinks is to write articles and in the resource box put the url of your blog and tell people why they should visit. Try to give free information out on your blog or free tips. If you wrote an article that was relevant to your blog and in the resource box you told them they could get something free, you would have people running to your blog to check out the information.

Update your blog with keyword rich content & commenting on do follow blogs.It really worx. One other thing u almost doing forum posting

 

Comment on blogs, throwin an anchored backlink, comment on forums, perhaps make a youtube video... all these will bring traffic at a slow but (non costly) pace.
