We have *Best Answer* but no *Worst Answer*. Anyway congratulations on receiving my honorary worst answer. Quite an accomplishment considering that there are 720 responses.
A movie takes at least 90 minutes to watch. If you have enough spare time for this then you are not doing much writing. Perhaps at this point it might be time to consider another line of work.
At this time, I just take my pocket notebook and go to the park. In the complete silence some bright thoughts come to mind .. In fact, at this moment my friend is just a notebook, which takes all my thoughts on paper. In general, the notebook is very cool, with waterproof paper, found it on the Internet https://onplanners.com/notebooks/best-pocket-notebooks . In addition, it can also plan a day, very convenient.
Thank you for the information. I liked this article https://onplanners.com/planners/best-academic-planners-college-students
Set a timer if you're struggling to finish, or take a shower, go meditate, eat some food, drink more coffee - do whatever you need to do. I only hit a wall when I've run out of things to say, so sometimes, it might not be ADHD, you just need to do more research. Probably not a good idea to hop on Reddit, haha.
Usually when I'm not in the mood I go back to a piece I recently wrote that I liked alot and try to remorse my mind back to the state where i feel like writing again. Sometimes I may read other people's articles for inspiration. Seeing new talent arise definitely pushes me foward because I'm a competitive person.
I too am motivated and inspired when I read what a talented writer has created. I especially get in the mood to write to see if I can do better.
It's the competitive attitude that keeps me going! I love seeing people do good. But I love to see myself do better!
Ha*ha!...Quite right and there has been plenty of times that I have resorted to that, and will no doubt do so again.
True that. But if coffee is not your cup of tea (sounds stupid, right?), you can always try some whisky/vodka and upbeat music to jolt your system and get you all fired up for the writing.
Hehe! That's because Wine and Whisky/Vodka are different things entirely. The alcohol content and the high that comes from them is nearly the exact opposite That said, I still understand the part about being demotivated, given that different people have different tastes, and therefore react variably to different stimuli.
