I'm planning to get a paypal dispute with someone here in DP. I recently bought an ebook at $200 with the support. He is already banned here but I want to get back my $200. He never answers my questions and ignores me. Can I win a dispute? What should I say to paypal?

Last time I made a dispute about a traffic not being receive but he won the case since it was services. He was also banned here since a lot complain not bringing the traffic offered. But he won that dispute so I'm not very confident with this one.

There are two of us will complaining for the ebook and support. Do you think we can win? He also have the same experience, no support and ignores us. I'm glad he is banned here but what about our $200. That was my 6 months savings and $200 is monthly income. I can let go of the traffic dispute before because it was only $15 but I'm not going to let this $200 go! Help and suggestions appreciated. Thanks.

If you open a dispute then to write to paypal try to call Paypal and talk to his executive.I do this and i have won many disputes.Normally,Paypal gives the dispute in favour of buyer always.I better suggest to go mine way

Evidence, evidence, evidence. Provide detailed explanations, screenshots, etc. They already favour the buyer (personal experience, having lost many disputes when I was not in the wrong), so just give them something they can't look down at.

How can I provide evidence aside from the ebook that is vague and full of empty promises? Should I just say got the ebook but he is not helping as for support?

Screenshot of him promising support, screenshots of your not being able to get ahold of him. Logs where he is non-responsive. Comparison between ebook and what he promised.

If you were scammed then make up screenshots. You shouldn't have to feel guilty about getting back what is rightfully yours.

Thanks Alex. I think I will try screenshots of the private messages I sent him, the screen shot of sales page in dp and screen shot in yahoo messenger where he is not responding.
