How do you usually cope up loneliness?

    Loneliness are of 2 types: either you feel lonely because you're alone or feel lonely even in presence of friends. Identify which situation you are in. The first can be solved quite easily, such as:
    1) read a motivational book
    2) listen to some up-tempo song
    3) play with your pet
    4) participate in a social gathering
    5) write a letter to a friend
    6) cook a nice dish
    7) comment on a blog

    If one feel lonely even in the company of others, you need to find new friends or try to reconnect with your friends. :)
