How do you upload keywords?

I recently purchased keyword elite and was wondering how you can upload all the selected keywords into adwords. Is this something that can be done or do I have to copy/paste the words into the adwords page manually?

 

I Guess Copy paste only takes few seconds . Better go for it

How come when I try to upload more than a couple hundred keywords, keyword elite freezes?

Does anyone else have this problem? I had to shut it down after like an hour or two because it froze up .. with about 200 keywords though, it's fine ..

Keyword Elite will freeze on very high volumes of keyword upload for different reasons, but coming from a development background and having worked with the Google API, I would suggest that the uploads aren't being done in small enough batches internally (200 is strangely enough the sweetspot). I've had projects in the past where the API just fails to respond when fed too much information in one go.
