How Do You Trust A Permanent Link Seller?

    hi guys,
I want to market a new website. I'll need to have atleast 10-20 high pr homepage backlinks from good trustworthy websites.

I want to buy them permanently and renting them monthly is not an option as it is not feasible for the business model.

These links would be a bit expensive I feel. I want to know how do you guys trust sellers while buying expensive permanent links.

Do you check itraders? does that work well with you. Or do you have some other means of verification to know if the seller is reliable and will not remove your link even after a year.

Or do you assume x percentage of people will remove even after taking your money and factor that into your costing? If yes then what percentage is that in your experience?

Or is it that in your experience all webmasters are honest and wont remove your link after a year after you have paid them for a permanent link?

Do you know any networks/brokers that take a long term guarantee(not one year)? If you dont want to post, you can pm me.

Or buying links is just throwing money on the wall and see what sticks, I'm sure this must not be the case.

I just want to know how to buy solid permanent links from someone who is reliable so that you can be assured that the links will stay as long as the site is online.

Thanks everyone for reading and your help in advance.

First at all, i dont really believed that there is "Permanent Link", the reason is because we cant expect the person run the website/blog lifetime, it will always be better to pay the link seller monthly, 3months once or longest should be 1 year. Always go for the trustworthful seller with good itrade or good reputation to purchase long term link

    Thanks for your input lifeplayer
By lifetime I mean as long as the site exists. lets say it exists for another 5-10 years(I am talking about good sites with some authority). paying monthly/yearly is very expensive especially till your website starts to rank in top 10.
Do you mean to say permanent links from link networks like getgoodlinks that offer quality oneway permanent links from individual webmasters do not stay for a long time?

You are welcome. The fact is most of the site that selling "permanent link" is the site make for link selling, the value is keep dropping time to time after the owner sell more and more link, at the end of the day, the backlink is not giving you good value although the link is still there.

    There's no such thing really.

Find someone with a good reputation, and go forward with a purchase and see how it fares.

Why you're relying permanent home page back link to market your product or to rank your keyword, as you said its expensive and some times Google may penalize your site. You can get permanent links (Not home page link) in many ways that Google love your site. If you need more help PM me.
