How do you Transfer an Add on Doman and BLOG to someone else

HI

I have a few of blog sites, they are set up on the one account, i was wondering if i were to sell one of these sites how would i go about transfering the add on domain and the site to the new buyer?

I wanted to figure this out before i actually sell one? any tips

Download all the files via FTP and the database via phpmyadmin and send them to the new owner. Then remove the addon domain and push the domain via your domain registrar. He can then upload the files and the database and blog will run from his server. Should you need detailed help, reply here.
