How do you transfer a godaddy account to another provider?

    Hello!

    Can you please tell me the procedure for transferring godaddy domain to another provider and vice-versa?
    If i want to buy a domain from someone first i'll wait for a transfer confirmation and then pay or what?

    All you need is the "Authorization Code"
    Just click on the domain name you want to transfer and you will find an option where to get the "Authorization Code"
    After you get it go to the other registrar and than choose "domain transfer" option
    It will ask you the domain name with TLD and the "Authorization Code" Fill them and that's all :)

    The user that buys i guess it has to pay a transfer tax or pay the domain fee again, is that right?

    Yes there is a fee when you transfer a domain. (the user that buys that domain and wants to transfer it will have to pay the fee)
