Do you keep track of clicks on your links?

I have been using a home made PHP script to track clicks from source to my site and from my site to affiliate sites. Do you track if so how?

How have you found it useful? I have noticed that many affiliate sites do not record all visits from my site, sometimes upto 50% of links do not get tracked by affiliates.

I have a better idea of links I have draw in traffic to my site.

Yes. Even I have seen many affiliate programs that dont count all visitors. Because of this my lot of time was wasted....
After searching for bit long, my friend recommended me a Tracking software. Its a great Web monitoring and Traffic analysis software.... So I recommend you this software and I also recommend this software to everybody involved in Internet marketing and website administration.
Visit the link from my signature and download it....

    Regards....

I have found that GA is the best to help with this issue.

If you can get your hands on a beta account of MS analytics then it does all the tracking automaically. No need to add a code to each link anymore....

Although I know there is a way to do the same in Google with some javascript.. It was posted on my forums a while back, but I can't get the energy to go look for it.
