as far as i know Yahoo a lil bit older service,how do you think what made google to be one of the best searching engines? ...and not only...,there are too many different services by google.Yahoo tries to catch up with google in different ways, but result not so succesfull.

Just to prove at least one facet of your statement wrong - Google releases Google Answers, Yahoo follows with Yahoo Answers. Guess which one is still alive and running today? Also, Yahoo offers much more services than Google does to the end user - it is the world's largest portal as well.
yup Yahooo is also best searching portal and i have may site and when anybody search keywords Yahoo work good

thanks blogo for quite sharp information and as for me they are really good both in its own way, i have an e-mail on yahoo and also i've registered on gmail not a long time ago...sure google perfomes better e-mail as it seems to me not cause of huge space -more than 2000mb but max. convinient tools etc...but on the other hand on yahoo i've posted my photos, and you know, im glad about that service,firstly i've been uploaded my photos but i couldnt get them in original size, now it becomes possible...so they read my idea and did it, (by the way in 2 years) so now it renewed...and of course race history continues...
Google is quite efficient in it's technology and produce better results in search as compare to yahoo. Also google talk in gmail have no comparison with yahoo.
yes, google has bigger market, but the recent PR story is showing the cracks. i cant say google's search results produced are better than yahoo, but fact is that when you search for anything on google, you have got to do a lot of searching within the search results to actually find quality content.
but I love to use Google for searching the info....and if I cannot find the best source in Google..I will go for Yahoo..
