How do you think this number is encoded?

    Hello guys,

    Can anyone tell me how does this number 237163 produces MjM3MTYz. I know it can be converted back also from the string.

    What I want to know is what encoding mechanism is used for this process?
    Has anyone seen anything like this before?

    Any help will be greatly appreciated.
