How Do You Think Of Domain Names?

I have a few websites that I have in mind to develop.

Only problem is that I can't think of what domain names
    to use.

Do you have any ways of coming up with domain names
    for your products/services?

    The way is brainstorming.
For example,if the site is tech related then the domain must have tech keyword such as techchrom.

It depends. If you can find some good domains with special keywords to your service or product, you can use it.
Or try to find some short and catchy but innovative domain names for you websites,it also make a sense.

Depends on the niche in which you want to start a blog.

Do i need a brandable domain? OR
Do i need a keyword rich domain?

is it for a blog or is it to start a service?

These are questions one need to pose before buying a domain.
There are many tools online that help later to find a domain name.

Dont use brainstorming.. Check the adwords keyword tool for which keywords are being most searched in your niche and try to get those exact keyword domains. A good domain name can help you a lot in serps and seo! I dont mind even buying a domain if it is in a highly competitive niche..

I look for keywords with at least 100 searches and
low competing pages - less than 600,000 in my niche.

This is a great way to carve out sub niches too...

If the main goal is to keep the brand name growing, then forget about keyword-rich domain name. Just use your brand name or company's name. I've seen many domain names that don't contain any keywords and they rate in top 10 in the search engines. SEO is the answer.

Generic keyword domain names are always good because you automatically know what to expect when you visit the website, which should help with click through rates.
