How do you think is best?

    This is for the new version of our software, SonicMailer Pro. Using this picture:

    Firstly.. do you think the help icon should go beside the input element (ban address) or beside the text label (note)?

    Secondly, should the "help tooltip" pop up to the right of the icon (note), or should it display underneath the input element (status)?

    i think the help icon should be next to the text label and the help tooltip should pop to the right if there is enough room in full page view.
