How do you think about jogging?

    Run. Jogging is easy. I can jog 10 miles with ankle weights and still have energy. I've been more tired sprinting half a mile. I'm working to do a sub 6 min mile this summer. Jogging is good if you are out of shape and need to slowly lose weight. Running or sprinting is excellent for burning the lbs.

    jogging is the best exercise for every one and any can do it because all parts of over body get warm up with it. Only gogging is the only exercise which use all parts of body.

    I find jogging great for exercise, usually go most mornings quite early.However also found it quite good when I am stressed with work to go out for a jog and clear the mind, come back to the work and I feel fresh and a lot better.

    Yeah, Jogging is great.

    I usually do it in the night because that time im free, & I go it for daily , 35-40 mins - & I love jogging it's the only exercise for everyone like a gold or something & I like to become a Rocky like sylvester stallone.

    Jogging is very good for health. It keeps you fit and healthy, if you do this regularly. I am doing this from my childhood when my father used to take me to the ground. And I used to play there.

    Jogging is definitely a great exercise. Just some benefits the I wrote on my blog. (1) Improved cardiovascular health (2) Increase muscle mass
    (3) Increased bone density (4) Potential weight loss (5) Improved emotional state (Runner’s high) and (6) Slow down or reverse signs of aging. Also if you are having difficulty finding time for jogging, consider this medical finding: 30 minutes of jogging exercise makes your body require one hour less of sleep. This means you lose 30 minutes from jogging but gain an hour with your body requiring lesss sleep - so net gain of 30 minutes. The reason for this is that jogging allows you to sleep and go into REM mode faster (this is the sleeping mode where you are dreaming and your body is really fully rested) - thus you need less time to sleep.

    I hope you take up jogging - it's very worthwhile.
