Run. Jogging is easy. I can jog 10 miles with ankle weights and still have energy. I've been more tired sprinting half a mile. I'm working to do a sub 6 min mile this summer. Jogging is good if you are out of shape and need to slowly lose weight. Running or sprinting is excellent for burning the lbs.
jogging is the best exercise for every one and any can do it because all parts of over body get warm up with it. Only gogging is the only exercise which use all parts of body.

Also if you are having difficulty finding time for jogging, consider this medical finding: 30 minutes of jogging exercise makes your body require one hour less of sleep. This means you lose 30 minutes from jogging but gain an hour with your body requiring lesss sleep - so net gain of 30 minutes. The reason for this is that jogging allows you to sleep and go into REM mode faster (this is the sleeping mode where you are dreaming and your body is really fully rested) - thus you need less time to sleep.
