I think jogging helps reduce weight especially belly fat. but you need to jog a lot. Running would be better i think. I dont usuall job, just a couple of times a month
I suggest you try walking especially if it's the first time you'll use this for exercise... then gradually you can turn to jogging.

Yeah, Jogging is great. I usually do it on the mornings, 3-5 times a week, 20-30 mins - usually gerrilia or interval workouts.
Jogging absolutely kills fat. Running 3-4 times a week will make a very noticable difference within a month providing you're not eating junk food. I try and do it for 30-40 minutes when I can, sometimes I jog to my parents house which is 2 miles away, have a rest and a drink, then jog back.
I usually do it. Becuse I need to lose weight all the same,It i suseful for weight losing and keeping slim.
Jogging can be great exercise, however those with knee problems or back problems might want to choose other forms of exercise such as swimming or biking.
From last 6 months, I am trying to find out some time for jogging but couldn't make it. But yes of course, its the best exercise for mind and body both.
What I think about Jogging( and not how ) is that it keeps the blood pumping and makes the heart more active..
