How do you tell which backlink service is good or not?

Ok,

there are 1000's of backlink services out there who create backlinks for you.
they do all kinds of seo and i have paid for a BUNCH of them...and sometimes results, and most of them time, i dont see the results...

it used to be just creating articles on ezinearticles for a good niche and everything was good...

but now, so many backlink people say to submit to so many different article sites...but for some reason...it feels like being more simple (such as submitting JUST to EZA) is MORE EFFECTIVE than trying to create THOUSANDS of backlinks to multiple article directories...

ANY GOOD TIPS ON HOW TO FIND GOOD BACKLINK SERVICE PEOPLE?

usually the reviews are always positive because most people are too afraid to write bad reviews...
any other tips on discerning which is good way to build backlinks compared to bad way?

i heard building backlinks too quickly too much is not good either

 

There is no truth to that. If the backlinks are shit quality, then yes. You'll get deindexed. But if it's done right, there's no issue. My clients all get indexed.

 

if you can get a backlink from high pr webpage, you can get higher rank very quick.

i don't agree with you, because what, because you only look from one side, just from kind of ezine,
you should know how backlink is important in SEO,

example :
Ezine is the one of many site that have a good rating on google because ezine have more than 1K bakclink (you said) you can check it by your self.
Think How Ezine can Grou UP like NOW if they didn't have HUGE backlink..

Backlink is Not Instant but need process,, Backlink from Good Site will take good for SEO, same with Backlink from a bad site (as not related to our niche) it's not good of no take effect.

i said that because i have experience on that.
