I practice focusing my Chi Kung and centering myself, I very rarely get angry due to my practicing of Martial Arts.

Either that or I bottle it up inside until I practice my Tai Chi Chuan again and use my Chi to push the anger around my body until it dissipates.

I find long walks help also.

    :)

I'd just think of the consequence when I act out my anger like prison time or worse, that will keep me in line.

I'm doing nothing, trying not to think anything for a while. When this first period is gone, it's much easier.

I usually take time out from whatever I'm doing and just breathe deeply.

read the Bible, and try to refocus through classical or jazz music.

Sometimes, I go ahead and vent- which only makes me more upset

Let go of things you can't control.

I'd say my point if it doesn't get to the person's mind then I leave while taking deep breaths
