Just make up your mind... Refresh why you do that job.... If you need new reason, "meditation" will make u find the new reason why you do that
Burned out. You need to talk some time off to have fun and regenerate the batteries. When you get back develop a plan of action for the activities you want to accomplish. Then create a daily method of operation (DMO). This allows you to schedule each day and what you want to accomplish on that day. Remembe to leave time for yourself. When your time runs out on a specific task stop set it aside and move to the next activity. Your DMO keeps you accountable and you actually get thinks done.
Time management, practice ... practice ... practice ... ... focus ... focus. If the recent work on something, the finish until the end .. then do other activities.
Don't beat yourself up...it happens to the best of us. Sometimes we just need to walk away from the computer, and just take a break. What gets me on track is meditation. I listen to Roy Masters Meditation CD "Be Still And Know" three times a day. It helps me in every area, from being more patient with myself and others as well as rev up my creativity. Meditate for 20 minutes or so, take mini breaks, and don't beat yourself up when things seem to go haywire. You'll get back on track...
The best way to handle this kind of situation is to draw a daily plan of action and abide by it. After your days work, go through all the things you have done and tick the things you have done and the things you couldn't finish. And then add it to your next day work.
positive visualization with long-term and short-term goals. it is important to know where you are going over the long-haul and those measurable incremental steps that will take you there.
Take a break! Trust me it works really well! Especially a break from your work place, your home, your state, your country and make it a long one That will reset your body and start again with whatever you had been doing well. Taking a break helps you take a step back from what you had always been doing. It may help you find answers to working better and faster New ideas may generate too!
yes. it is very hard to keep track of everything. i usaually create a spreadsheet and write the list of things i need to do and will enter the current status and expected and will also set the deadline for each task. however, i can complete 50% tasks and the rest are postponed ...
I think everyone here hit the nail on the head. Set goals in weekly increments, then break them down daily. For example, if you need to build 50 backlinks a week, break that down to about 7 a day. Mentally this makes it a lot easier.
Definitely burnout. I'm a workaholic so i recognise this straight away. Here's your Plan of Attack: i) Grab a brand new notebook & a couple of different coloured pens, ii) Go somewhere odd like up a mountain, to the beach, someone else's garden (worse place i ever took notes was in a dark muddy water-filled drainpipe at the bottom of someone's garden....don't ask, i was in the army) - this will help to change your mind state, iii) Write down all the goals that you personally want to achieve in your life over the next 12 months, iv) Write down all your business goals that your want to achieve over the next 12 months (don't bother with the next 3 yrs, 5 yrs, etc...it just confuses things), v) Then write down a quick plan of how you're going to achieve each one in bullet points, vi) Then write out a Daily Checklist & allocate time durations next to each of these (e.g.- answer emails, check the news, create new article, etc), vii) Buy a countdown timer or some timer software for your computer screen & use it every day, viii) Clear out your usual workplace so it's tidy & ordered, ix) Leave 24 Hrs for a rest, x) Get to work & stick to the timer religiously. xi) At the close of every day, you write down 7 goals that you must achieve on the following day & review your personal/business goals every night, xii) At the start of every day, you go through the days goals
