I'm starting to get really pissed off with this whole Squidoo lens thing. I just created an account and clicked on the link within my account that says "Make a lens (in just 5 minutes)!. However, right when I'm done making my lense it asks me to create a new account. Why can't I create a bunch of Squidoo lenses under the same account? And when I create my last Squidoo lens, I couldn't login to my account after I started it. I can view the lens I create but when I enter the email address I signed up with, it won't accept it. I'm guessing I probably had a typo in my email address but I don't get why Squidoo doesn't make you verify your account before actually setting it up.
OMG!!!! Squidoo is really messed up!!!! I just realized that I forgot to include the ".com" at the end of my email address. When I requested a new password, they "automatically" reset my password and send it to my email address that doesn't even exist. Whoever created this website doesn't know what the heck they're doing. Every Squidoo lens should have email verification, and their website should be able to identify if the email address you typed in is in the correct format. Who are these idiots?????!!!!!!!! They're so smart but yet they're so dumb!!!!!
Submit a bug report (link at the bottom of the lens) and they will be able to sort it out for you. Make sure you include as much information as possible, including the original email address you signed up with, and the name of the lens you created. Be prepared to wait a few days or weeks though - they have a very small team of people. If this doesn't work out, simply create a new account (with the correct email address) and start again. Once you get it all sorted, you'll be able to create many more lenses from the same account.
