For the longest time now I have relied solely upon either cPanel or DirectAdmin to handle my server but it is becoming annoying to pay for it for just that reason. I am the only one that uses the server, just to host my personal sites (6 or 7) My question is - I know how to setup apache/php/bind/etc... but what control panel do you guys use to manage all your domains, sub domains, etc... I hope you understood my question - REgards!
None. Six or seven domains is not difficult to administer so I would not install a control panel. Webmin would however be my first option if I ever needed a free control panel to speed things up. I prefer not to clutter my servers with software that is not required -- improves security and performance.
