How do you set this up in phpbb, 2.0.x?

    HI I would like detailed instructions on how to set this up on phpbb. I would like to have the ad display right below the main banner. When you reply, please provide the page I need to edit and exactly what to find (ctrl+f) in the document. Thanks.
